Hugh investigates why so many fish are thrown back into the sea dead, why so little of the UK catch is sold where it's caught and what the supermarkets are claiming about the fish they sell.

Focusing on the three species most widely consumed in the UK - cod, salmon and tuna - he leaves no stone unturned in his mission to understand what is happening to the British fishing industry.
