World Kitchen is a fast paced and contemporary food and travel show that showcases a wide variety of international food experiences - From Japan to Jamaica.

From sampling roast pigeon in Egypt to making fresh noodles in China, Nici tastes and cooks local cuisine in settings ranging from restaurant kitchens to local home kitchens and chicken takes the starring role. 

 

The international recipes are brought back to Nici's kitchen in New Zealand, where she simplifies and adapts them to local ingredients. This is a cooking show at the core and is all about how to enjoy new and interesting flavours in simple easy steps!
